On the first floor, you’ll find the living room with the three ducks that will welcome you, the small study with its characteristic vaulted ceilings and stone walls, the master bedroom with its antique terracotta floor and brick vaults, and thespacious master bathroom with a 3-square-meter shower lined with glass mosaic that transforms into a comfortable and relaxing Turkish bath with chromotherapy and a Bluetooth system to connect your phone and listen to your favorite music. On the first floor is the kitchen, featuring a distinctive carpenter’s workbench converted into a cooking and food-preparation area, overlooking the beautiful terrace clad in Trani stone, which offers a 180-degree view of the valley and the picturesque village of Perinaldo. From here, you’ll enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding nature and the beautiful starry sky at night. Finally, on the second floor, under the pitched roof, is the bedroom/living room with an attached full bathroom, allowing its occupants to enjoy privacy and feel as if they’re in a home within a home.
The various rooms are thoughtfully arranged and designed to maximize livability. Taller guests should be mindful of the tricky old ceiling heights, which are quite low in some places. The house is just a 3-minute walk from the upper parking lot, making it very convenient for loading and unloading luggage. The main square is just a 1-minute walk away.
